Carol and I wish to thank you for your assistance ,advice and compassion when we lost our son Chris to terminal Cancer.
Regarding his superannuation and insurance cover, had you not looked at the paperwork, Chris or us were not aware of the life insurance component.
In particular we were certainly not aware that there was the capability to claim the insurance benefit as he was terminally ill.
We were grateful that you dealt with the matter and all the paperwork and the claim on behalf of Chris. This without doubt helped in view of his sickness and financial position.
Due to his illness he couldn’t work and had no income and the money helped him enjoy a few things before he sadly passed away.
